I am a third-year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My advisor at UIUC is Prof. Indranil Gupta and Prof. Yongjoo Park.

Before that, I was an undergraduate research assistant at Southern University of Science and Technology advised by Prof.Bo Tang. I also used to be a research intern at UCI supervised by Prof.Michael Carey.

My research interests lie in the broad area of distributed systems, database systems and storage systems. I have experience in the following topics:

    • Outlier Detection in edge computing enviroment
    • Large-scale Entity Blocking

My ultimate career goal is to design future-oriented systems and algorithms that will change people’s lives.

May 27, 2025 I joined Bytedance Data Tech Infra team as a Relational Database Intern for Summer 2025.
Apr 21, 2025 I passed the Systems & Networking Ph.D. qualifying exam.
Aug 21, 2024 I am a teaching assistant for CS425: Distributed System for Fall 2024.
Aug 15, 2023 I have joined Distributed Protocols Research Group (DPRG) at UIUC as an PhD student.
