My psychology diary

Psychology Diary

It’s always interesting to look outside when the clock says it’s past 9 p.m., yet the sky still looks like it’s 5. My brain is like: no way, I will just think it’s 5 p.m. So here I am, sitting on my couch in a small Seattle apartment, wondering whether I should trust my eyes or the clock about the time.

And here is my little psychology diary. It’s a diary but I don’t write in it every day. I do think about it every day, so I think it’s fair to call it a diary. Everything here comes from my own experiences—my observations of myself, the patterns I notice, and the thoughts and analyses that follow. It’s a collection of small discoveries, questions, and reflections about how I become the version of me today.
